MISSING RUBBER GASKET BETWEEN THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE UNIT AT FRONT LID.OBSERVED DRIPPING RUST AND BLACK SLIME ON ICE CUBES FROM MISSING GASKET. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN,SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN UNIT. MUST PROVIDE RUBBER GASKET AT SAID UNIT. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-005(A)
