INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE CAULKING SO DIVIDERS ARE SEALED BY SOLDERING METHOD. OBSERVED RAW WOOD SHELVING IN BASEMENT LIQUOR STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PAINT/SEAL THE SHELVES TO BE SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED DRY FOODS STORED UNDER EXPOSED WASTE-WATER PIPES IN BASEMENT NEAR ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO RELOCATE FOOD ITEMS SO THEY ARE NOT DIRECTLY BELOW EXPOSED LINES OR PROVIDE NON-PERMEABLE GUTTER/SHIELD SYSTEM ON THE PIPES.
