CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY - Comments: OBSERVED CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER PREPLATING HOT LUNCH FOR CHILDREN WITHIN KITCHEN. ALL PLATES WERE THEN PLACED ON A LUNCHTABLE CONTAINING NO FOOD GUARD. ALL CHILDREN COME TO THE TABLE TO TAKE A LUNCH. OBSERVED NO FOOD GUARD TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF CHILDREN COUGHING, SNEEZING, OR TOUCHING FOOD. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005 FOOD GUARD WAS BROUGHT TO SITE TO PROTECT PREPLATED FOOD FROM CONTAMINATION. PRIORITY VIOLATION CORRECTED.
