HANDS WASHED AND CLEANED, GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES; NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY-TO-EAT FOODS. - Comments: NOTED EMPLOYEES WHILE PREPARING FOOD AND WEARING GLOVES MOVE FROM THE PREP AREA WITH THE GLOVE ON TO THE WALK IN COOLER AND TO THE FRONT PREP AREA WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON AND BACK TO THE PREP AREA WITH OUT WASHING HANDS AFTER THE CHANGE OF GLOVES. INSTRUCTED TO WASH HANDS AT ALL TIMES THEY CHANGE GLOVES AND MOVE MUST CHANGE GLOVE WHEN THEY MOVE FROM ONE PREP AREA TO ANOTHER. CRITICAL VIOLATION #7-38-010(A).
