Must correct the following violations: #30 Observed prepared/portioned meat in freezer without label. Observed pies and cakes in front display cooler without labels/dates. Must maintain. #32 Observed ice build up in reach in freezers in the front prep area, and also in freezer in rear prep area. Instructed to defrost all freezers, clean, sanitize and maintain. #33 Observed dust build up on fan covers inside 2 door cooler in the kitchen.
