INSTRUCTED ELIMINATE LIVE RODENT ACTIVITY, REMOVE RODENT DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL. MUST PROVIDE A NEW PEST CONTORL SERVICE REPORT STATING PROVING THAT THE RODENT HAS BEEN REMOVED AND NO OTHER ACTIVITY WAS OBSERVED. PRIORITY 7-38-020(A), NO CITATION ISSUED
