INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR WASH AND RINSE DIGITAL GAUGES SO THAT FACILITY CAN DETECT WASH AND RINSE TEMPERATURES AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION # 7-38-025 CITATION ISSUED. MANAGER CORRECTED VIOLATION AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
