OBSERVED FOOD BEING THAWED UNDER RUNNING WATER AT HAND WASHING SINK MAKING IT INACCESSIBLE FOR EMPLOYEES TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS. HAND SINK MUST ONLY BE USED FOR HAND WASHING ONLY.
