THE SUSHI COOLER WAS TURNED OFF AT TIME OF INSPECTION. AFTER THE SUSHI COOLER WAS TURNED ON THE AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE WAS 39.7F. FACILITY CORRECTED VIOLATION ON SITE BY DISCARDING THE OUT OF TEMPERATURE FOOD ITEMS WITH A REPORTED VALUE OF $200. PRIORITY VIOLATION#:7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED. -
