ONE SIX COVER DUMPSTER IS MISSING TWO COVERS AND THE OTHER SIX COVER DUMPSTER HAS A RIPPED AND CHEWED AND BROKEN COVER (TOP). BOTH GARBAGE DUMPSTERS NOT RODENT PROOFED. VIOLATION 7-38-020. MUST PROVIED COVERS (TOPS) FOR THE DUMPSTERS SO THEY WILL RODENT PROOFED.
