ALSO OBSERVED ANTS IN THE FOLLOWING PLACES: 10 ON FLOOR UNDERNEATH BENCH NEAR EXIT DOOR IN GYM, 4 ON FLOOR BEHIND MILK COOLER NEAR OVENS IN KITCHEN, 5 ON FLOOR IN REAR HALLWAY WHERE MILK CRATES ARE STORED UNTIL PICKED UP. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS, SEAL IP ANY OPENINGA FOUND IN FLOORS, WALLS, CEILINGAS AND REQUEST FOLLOW-UP VISIT FROM PEST CONTROL COMPANY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
