PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED THE REAR BATHROOM HAND WASHING SINK ON THE BIGGER KIDS SIDE WALL BEHIND IT WITH BLUE DUCK TAPE INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE/REPAIR IF NEEDED, CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.

Backflow can contaminate entire water supply with sewage or chemicals.

Plumbing must be properly installed with backflow prevention.

Air gaps at fixtures; Backflow preventers on connections; No cross-connections; Annual testing of devices; Proper drainage.

PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN - Comments: OBSERVED THE REAR STORAGE AREA IN THE BABY ROOM AND THE CLOSET BY THE READING CORNER WITH A BUILD UP OF CLUTTER WITH ITEMS ON THE FLOORS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AREAS AND ELEVATE ITEMS AT LEAST SIX INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING A POSSIBLE HARBORING SPACE FOR INSECTS.
