OBSERVED APPORX 20-25 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM AREA BEHIND THE WASHER AND DRYER AND ALONG THE WALL NEXT TO THE DRYING MACHINE. OBSERVED APPROX 10 DROPPINGS IN THE BABY ROOM STOAGE AREAS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS AND TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL AND HAVE A SERVICE WITH A SERVICE REPORT UPON NEXT INSPECTION DATE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
