SCATTERED ON FLOOR INSIDE DRY STORAGE/PANTRY ALONSIDE OF WIRED STORAGE RACK, INSIDE EQUIPMENT ROOM CONNECTED TO PREP AREA ALONG SCATTERED ON FLOOR IN ALL CORNERS IN SAID SPACE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPING, CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE, MUST ELIMINATE ACTIVTY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-012.
