INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL HAND WASHING FACILITIES MUST BE PROVIDED WITH PAPER TOWEL OR SANITARY HAND DRYER DEVICE. MANAGER ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWEL WHILE I WAS DOING THE INSPECTION. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL.
