HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: FOUND NO PAPER TOWEL ON BOTH EXPOSED HAND SINK, IN THE PREP AREA AND DISH WASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL HAND WASHING FACILITIES MUST BE PROVIDED WITH PAPER TOWEL OR SANITARY HAND DRYER DEVICE. MANAGER ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWEL WHILE I WAS DOING THE INSPECTION. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL.
