FOUND 100 OR MORE MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER AREA OUTSIDE OF ONE WASHROOM, ON THE FLOOR IN THE WASHROOM, ON THE FLOOR OF THE CLOSET BY THE BEVERAGE STATION AND IN THE STORAGE AREA BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND REAR EXIT DOOR. FOUND 6 RAT DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) ISSUED.
