ALSO NOTED APPROXIMATELY 10 LIVE ANTS ALONG SOUTH WALL IN THE TWO YEAR OLDS CLASSROOM. MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS AND INSECTS,SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. NOTED AN APPROXIMATELY 1/2 INCH GAP ALONG BOTTOM OF BASEMENT EXIT DOOR AND A 1/4 INCH GAP ALONG BOTTOM OF 1ST FLOOR SIDE ENTRANCE DOOR. MUST REPAIR DOORS AND MAKE COMPLETELY INSECT AND RODENT PROOF. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
