WATER SOURCE: SAFE, HOT & COLD UNDER CITY PRESSURE - Comments: Food and food contact surfaces not protected, establishment using water from an unsafe source. Business preparing/serving food while a Boil Water Order is in place issued by the Department of Water Management. The Boil Water Order has been issued for possibly contaminated water source. Premises using possibly contaminated water for food preparation, hand washing, and cleaning of food contact surfaces. FACILITY PREPARED 5 POUNDS OF SANDWICHES AND 5 POUNDS OF SALAD. SCHOOL VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED AND DENATURED SAID FOODS. WILL BE RECEIVING PREPACKAGED MEALS FROM LAKEVIEW HIGHSCHOOL UNTIL BOIL ORDER IS LIFTED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
