Observed mice droppings approximately 40 beneath the display shelvings and along cluttered items west wallbase,front counter service shelvings,inside the toilet room. Also, establishment does have pest control logbook on premises. Instructed to remove all rodent activity and have licensed pest control service premises and provide logbook with all required documents include a map locator to identify the pest control services provided for this food establishment.
