COOKED CHICKEN MEAT WAS FOUND TO BE FREEZER BURNED AND HAS ICE CRYSTALS ON THE MEAT PRODUCT, 200 POUNDS OF PRODUCT VALUED AT APPROXIMATELY $600.00 WAS DENATURED AND DISCARDED AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION.

The person in charge must be present during all hours of operation, hold valid certification, and demonstrate food safety knowledge.

ALL OTHER PRODUCT CHECKED THROUGHOUT THE FREEZER WAS IN WHOLESOME UNDAMAGED CONDITION AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION. ITEMS IN THIS SMALL WALK IN FREEZER ARE GENERALLY ROTATED QUICKLY, THE MAIN FROZEN FOOD STORAGE IS DOWN THE STREET AT FULTON MARKET COLD STORAGE.
