SCHOOL WAS NOT SERVICED BY THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY AS INSTRUCTED. ENGINEER ON PREMISES STATED THAT HE CALLED FOR SERVICE BUT THE COMPANY HAD NOT COME OUT. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090. INSTRUCTED KITCHEN MANAGER THAT THEY MUST GO TO AN ALTERNATIVE FOOD SOURCE (COLD FOOD) UNTIL PROBLEM IS CORRECTED.
