ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: Observed inadequate consistant water flow at the washbowl sinks in the following restrooms: basement girls/boys restroom; 1st girls restroom, and 2nd floor girls restroom. Must provide 15 second of consistant water flow once activated at all metered faucets. Observed leak at faucet and pipe under right sink in girls 2nd floor restroom; and leak at pipe under right sink in girls 3rd floor restroom. Must repair and maintain same.
