DISH WASHING FACILITIES: PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED, MAINTAINED, INSTALLED, LOCATED AND OPERATED - Comments: All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. NO HOT WATER THROUGHOUT FACILITY AT THREE COMPARTMENT, BOTH WASHROOM SINKS AND HOT HANDEL AT EXPOSED HAND SINK BROKEN. MANAGEMENT STATES FACILITY HAS A SMALL HOT WATER TANK. WATER WAS REGAINED AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AFTER THIRTY MINUTES. HOWEVER, NOT REGAINED AT WASHROOM SINKS. INSTRUCTED MUST PROVIDE LARGER HOT WATER TANK WITH ADEQUATE HOT WATER SUPPLY AT ALL TIMES. HOT WATER AT EXPOSED HAND AND WASHROOM SINKS.
