NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: Observed approximately 50 total mice droppings in the following areas: On pipe in corner of wall and on the floor of storage room in multi purpose room; in room 108 in storage closet; in room 106 on the floor of closet, and on the floor in corner next to door that leads to room 104; in room 104 on the floor behind the mini fridge, on the floor in the closet, under the washbowl sink, and under the toilet. Must remove all droppings, clean and sanitize all affected area. Advised to call pest control for service. Must eliminate pest issue. Serious violation 7-38-020.

Must clean floors and organize excessive clutter to prevent pest harborage. Must elevate all items at least 6 inches above the floor to allow for proper cleaning. Must maintain same.
