GREASE OBSERVED ON EXTERIOR OF GREASE DISPOSAL UNIT IN ALLEY, WEEDS BEHIND AND AROUND GREASE DISPOSAL UNIT, TALL GRASS IN YARD WHERE DUMPSTER LOCATED NEEDS TRIMMING. ALSO OBSERVED SOME BOTTLES AND PAPER AROUND AND BEHIND GREASE DISPOSAL UNIT.
