PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED LOSE FAUCET AND LOSE URINAL PLUNGER IN THE MEN'S WASHROOM AND LOOSE TOILET SEAT COVERS IN BOTH WOMEN'S ROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD CONDITION.

Plumbing must be properly installed with backflow prevention.

Air gaps at fixtures; Backflow preventers on connections; No cross-connections; Annual testing of devices; Proper drainage.
