POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD MEETS TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT DURING STORAGE, PREPARATION DISPLAY AND SERVICE - Comments: Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperature in the reach in cooler across from the cook line: 3lbs eggs @ 49.1F-50.2F ($6); 5lbs of link sausage @ 50.4F-55.7F ($15); 2lbs of ham @ 59.6F ($7); 8lbs of egg wash @ 49.4F ($4); 1.5 lbs of feta cheese @ 51.3F ($5). Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Instructed cold, potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 40F or less (hot foods at 140F or more) at all times. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).
