MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. OBSERVED THE DISH WASHING MACHINE IN POOR REPAIR. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. (THE DISH MACHINE IS NOT USED AT THIS TIME, BUT FACILITY INTENDS ON MAINTAINING IT FOR POTENTIAL FUTURE USE).
