OBSERVED ANOTHER SET OF DROPPINGS APPROX 10-15 IN THE TOILET ROOM BEHIND THE TOILET AND ALSO OBSERVED ANOTHER 15-20 DROPPINGS ON THE SHELVING WHERE THE CAT AND DOG FOOD IS STORED IN THE REAR RIGHT SIDE OF THE STORE. ALSO OBSERVED 3 LIVE ROACHES TWO AT THE THREE COMP SINK DEHIND THE RIGHT WATER KNOB AND ONE JUST OVER THE SINK AT THE CEILING EDGE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AREA AND HAVE PEST CONTROL SERVICE WITH PROOF OF SERVICE SHEET BEFORE RETURN INSPECTION OF JANUARY 9, 2025. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020 (A) CITATION ISSUED.
