ALSO PROVIDE A PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK FROM A LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY. EMPLOYEES ON DUTY HAVE NO ACCESS TO LOG BOOK BUT STATED THAT EXTERMINATOR WAS OUT LAST WEEK.
