WATER SOURCE: SAFE, HOT & COLD UNDER CITY PRESSURE - Comments: DURING INSPECTION FOUND NO HOT RUNNING WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE ON PREMISES. THE WATER TEMPERATURE AT ALL RUNNING SINKS NEVER EXCEEDED 70F. MANAGER CONTACTED TECHNICIAN TO FIND THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE HOT WATER THROUGHOUT FACILITY. TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT 10:00AM; THE HOT WATER ISSUE OCCURED FROM THE MOP SINK CONTINUOSLY RUNNING HOT WATER FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE AND ALSO THE LOW TEMP DISHMACHINE CONTINUOSLY RUNNING FROM THE MORNING. THE TECHNICIAN TURNED OFF THE MOP SINK AND REPAIRED THE DISHMACHINE SO THAT IT DOES NOT CONTINUOSLY RUN WITHOUT STAFF MEMBERS PURPOSELY ACTIVATING IT. TECHNICIAN REPAIRED THE HOT WATER ISSUE AND AT 10:45 THE HOT WATER ON PREMISES WAS 115F. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO ALWAYS HAVE HOT WATER ON PREMISES AT ALL TIMES AT A MINIMUM OF 110F. CDI. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
