Written procedure must address: Isolating contaminated area; Removing and discarding affected food; Using proper PPE; Cleaning and sanitizing with appropriate concentration; Proper disposal of contaminated materials.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: NOTED THE BOTTOM OF THE REAR EXIT DOOR WITH A 1/4" GAP. MUST REPAIR AND MAINATIN TO PREVENT ENTRY POINT FOR PESTS.
