POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD MEETS TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT DURING STORAGE, PREPARATION DISPLAY AND SERVICE - Comments: Found potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures in the front display cooler. Found assorted sandwiches such as Roman sandwich, Twisted Club, and Pretzel ham sandwiches ranging from 60.1F-62.6F. The following ingredients were found at improper temperatures: mozzarella cheese @ 60.8F; turkey @ 61.3F; ham @ 62.6F. Must keep all potentially hazardous cold foods @ 40F or less (and hot foods @ 140F or higher). Operator voluntarily discarded 8.5lbs of denatured foods during inspection. Operator estimates value to be $70. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).
