FOUND DUST BUILDUP IN ROOM 108 OF THE PRE-K WING, 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD FLOORS MEN'S AND WOMEN'S WASHROOM, AND THE STAFF WASHROOMS ON ALL THREE FLOORS. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-42-090. ENGINEER STARTED CLEANING THE ALL THE VENT AND REPAIRED THE FAUCET AND VENTILATION IN ALL FLOORS DURING INSPECTION.
