FOOD PROTECTED DURING STORAGE, PREPARATION, DISPLAY, SERVICE AND TRANSPORTATION - Comments: FOUND 4 CONTAINERS WITH WRAPPED PLASTIC UTENSILS AND PRE PACKAGED CONDIMENTS STORED ON TOP OF THE GARBAGE RECEPTACLE OUTDOOR. ALSO DUST COMING FROM THE LITTLE GAP NOT TAPED ALL THE WAY OF THE PLASTIC SHEET TO COVER THE PREP AREA AND TAYLOR MACHINE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL FOOD AND UTENSILS MUST BE PROTECTED INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. MANAGER VOLUNTARILY REMOVED ALL 4 CONTAINERS STORED ON TOP OF TE GARBAGE RECEPTACLES AND TAPED THE PLASTIC SHEET ALL THE WAY THRU ON THE WALLS TO COVER THE PREP AREA AND TAYLOR MACHINE DURING INSPECTION.
