POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD MEETS TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT DURING STORAGE, PREPARATION DISPLAY AND SERVICE - Comments: Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures in small reach in cooler, under sandwich making station: 5lbs of cheese @ 60.3F ($9.25); 1/4 lb of ham @ 59.4F ($1); 3/4 lb of raw eggs @ 57.8F ($0.80) and 1/2lb cooked eggs @ 60.1F ($0.40). Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Advised must keep all potentially hazardous foods at 40F or less (for cold foods, or 140F or above for hot foods) at all times. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).
