OBSERVED EMPLOYEE HANDLING MONIES ,GIVING THE CHANGE TO THE CUSTOMER AND STARTED PREPARING THE SMOOTHIES, GETTING HASH BROWN AND SANDWICHES WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL EMPLOYEES HAS TO WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER HANDLING MONIES, AFTER TOUCHING THEIR FACE, HAIR, DIRTY DISHES AND AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ASSIGN ONE EMPLOYEE TO BE A CASHIER AND HAVE SOMEBODY TO TO BE A RUNNER. INSTRUCTED THE PROPER WAY OF WASHING HAND AND PROVIDED SIGN FOR PROPER HAND WASHING.
