INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE WASHROOM METERED FAUCETS TO PROVIDE WATER FLOW FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
