WASH WATER FROM 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WAS OBSERVED ON THE OUTER PACKAGES OF SANDWICH BUNS. MANAGEMENT WAS INSTRUCTED TO MOVE BUNS TO A SAFE AREA AWAY FROM CHEMICALS AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MANAGEMENT WAS ALSO INSTRUCTED TO NOT STORE ANY FOOD PRODUCT WITHIN CHEMICAL STORAGE AREA OR WARE-WASHING AREA. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005 (A)
