DISCARDED ALL CONTAMINATED FOODS, INSTRUCTED TO WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL CONTAMINATED UTENSILS, FOOD CONTAINERS, FOOD PREP SURFACES AND EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED NOT TO RESUME ANY CONSTRUCTION WHEN BUSINESS IS OPEN/OPERATING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED.
