FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED - Comments: OBSERVED MULTIPLE LEAKS AT THE PIPES OF THE SODA MACHINE STORED IN THE BASEMENT, CREATING A POOL OF WATER IN THE STORAGE AREA WHERE THE HOT WATER TANK IS ALSO LOCATED. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SAID LEAKS AND REMOVE STANDING WATER IN THE AREA AND MAINTAIN.

Smooth, non-porous surfaces; Free of cracks and crevices; Easily disassembled; Accessible for cleaning.

PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN - Comments: OBSERVED THE WALLS BEHIND THE HOT HOLDING UNIT THAT HOLDS THE HASH BROWNS AND FRENCH FRIES WITH GREASE RESIDUE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID WALLS.
