ALSO, OBSERVED NO HANDSOAP OR TOILET PAPER IN THE MEN'S WASHROOM DURING THE INSPECTION. MANAGEMENT PROVIDED THESE ITEMS AT MY REQUEST DURING THE INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
