FOUND 30- 35 GNATS IN THE MENS TOILET ROOM ON THE FLOOR, AROUND THE TOILET AND ON THE WALLS. INSTRUCTED TO CALL LICENSED PEST CONTROL TO SERVICE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

OBSERVED DRAIN PIPES THAT HAVE LEAKS AT TWO PLACES UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. SOME WATER WAS SEEPING INTO THE MENS ROOM FLOOR. ALSO OBSERVED NO HANDLE AT THE FAUCET AT THE TWO COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR PIPESAND REPLACE THE FAUCET HANDLE.SREIOUS CITATION GIVEN.7-38-030.
