THE THIRD WASHBOWLS IN THE SAME TWO TOILET ROOMS HAS NO HOT/COLD RUNNING WATER. INSTRUCTED TO OPEN THE FAUCETS SO THAT THEY STAY ON FOR AT MINIMUM 20 SECONDS AND PROVIDE RUNNING WATER TO THE OTHER SINKS. MAINTAIN GOOD AND ADEQUATE PLUMBING.
