Toilet rooms must be properly equipped and maintained.

Self-closing doors; Toilet paper; Covered waste receptacles; Handwashing supplies; Cleaned regularly; Proper ventilation.

PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN - Comments: OBSERVED THE FLOORS UNDER COOKING AND NON COOKING EQUIPMENT WITH A BUILD UP OF DIRT AND SMALL DEBRIS. ALSO OBSERVED THE UPPER WALL AREAS NEAR THE COOKING EQUIPMENT WITH A HEAVY BUILD UP OF DUST AND DIRT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.
