THE MICE ROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE FLOOR IN THE EMPLOYEE TOILET ROOM, INSIDE A BIN WHERE CLEAN DISHWARE WERE STORED, INSIDE THE LOWER CABINETS UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLES IN THE MAIN KITCHEN, ON THE FLOORS AT THE REAR BEVERAGE SERVICE AREA, AND ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT IN THE FOOD STORAGE CLOSETS. THE LIVE ROACHES WERE OBSERVED ON THE FLOOR AND INISDE THE SIDE FILTER OPENINGS ON THE TWO FREEZER CHEST IN THE REAR OF THE BASEMENT. THE MENTIONED AREAS WHERE THE LIVE ROACH ACTIVITY WAS OBSERVED HAD BUILD UP OF ROACH FECES THROUGHOUT EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, ELIMINATE LIVE ROACH ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE.
