FOUND AT 64.0F. ALSO, OBSERVED NO HOT RUNNING WATER AT THE HANDWASHING SINK IN THE STREET TACO PREP AREA IN THE FOOD COURT. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST CLOSE PREP AREA UNTIL HOT WATER IS REPAIRED. MAINTENANCE WAS ON SITE AND REPAIRED MENTIONED HANDWASHING SINKS AND PREP AREA WAS ABLE TO REOPEN. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE HOT AND COLD RUNNING AT ALL HAND WASH SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C), CITATION ISSUED.
