INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF LIVE INSECT AND RODENT ACTIVITY ON THE PREMISES. OBSERVED APPROX. 10 LIVE SMALL FLYING INSECTS ON THE WALLS AND CEILING OF THE FOOD PREP AREA. ALSO OBSERVED APPROX. 60 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM BEHIND THE WASHER AND DRYERS, ON THE FLOOR OF THE EMPLOYEE LOCKER ROOM, ON THE FLOOR IN THE MOP CLOSET, AND THE FLOOR OF THE DRY STORAGE ROOM. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
