OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNERS OF THE WAREHOUSE STORAGE AREA AND ON THE FLOOR IN THE CHECKOUT LANES. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS FROM THE AFFECTED AREAS. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 30 LIVE SMALL FLIES ON THE WALLS AND CEILING OF THE PREPARED FOODS PREP AREA, BAKERY, JUICE BAR, PRODUCE PREP AREA AND COFFEE STATION. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. ALSO, MUST RODENT PROOF THE DAMAGED SET OF DOUBLE DOORS IN THE WAREHOUSE AREA NEAR THE WASTE COMPACTOR.
