OBSERVED A BUSTED SEAM WITH WATER ACTIVELY DRIPPING ONTO THE FLOOR ON THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK LOCATED IN THE RAW MEAT PREP AREA REAR. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ALL. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
